I bought 2 of these bowls to replace my 2 cats' food bowls. One of my cats recently became toothless, and he was losing too much weight (he's still allowed to eat dry food and he likes it best). I realized that there was always a lot of food on the floor around his bowl, and when I saw him eat it looked like so much of it was just getting pushed around and falling out of the bowl. So I decided to give these a try and replaced both of my low stainless steel bowls with these "dragon eggs" as I call them. The bowls are now almost always empty in between meals. My toothless cat went from eating 1/3 of his serving to the WHOLE THING again almost overnight. I watched him eat out of it and he's no longer struggling and pushing the food around just for it to fall out.The sides are still low enough that it doesn't bother them, the angle is adjustable so I can tip it super far for him to have just a tiny pile at the center which helps him eat.I don't think I'm exaggerating when I say that this bowl probably saved my cat's life. The vet told me he couldn't lose ANY more weight but I was struggling to get him to eat enough. He's a super picky eater and wouldn't touch the other things I offered. I was giving him tons of treats just to make up for the lack of calories. He is now gaining some weight back and has regained his interest in his normal food!It's super easy to clean, and looks quite nice as well. The design kind of catches your eye as a "oh, what's that?" instead of it just being a dirty cat food bowl on the floor.If you have a toothless cat who eats dry food, please try this bowl. Night and day difference. If I could give this 10 stars, I would.

Love this bowl and about to get another. Confused by some reviews that state it’s hard to move around especially because it’s in 2 pieces and they feel would be easier as one. I wouldn’t like it nearly as much if was just one piece - much easier to clean and put food in since just have the bowl. Even for moving location, both base and bowl are light and so find super easy - I say that having a bad back and tiny hands.I will say I feel it’s better used for wet food than as a water bowl or even as bowl for dry food (just water I wouldn’t even try as even if my 2 cats weren’t spoiled by having pet water fountain it would need constant cleaning and filling throughout the day if use as designed and tilt. For dried food would have to refill more often and I have a bowl that works well for dry food as it’s a deep glass bowl and the stand holds the bowl at an adjustable height and small angle). That being said, I do put a significant amount of water in the food and the bowl holds it well.Love how easy it is to clean! Takes a quarter of the time as my other bowl, which has been a long time favorite of mine. Even when same food served in both bowls, this one consistently has barely any remnants, which just fall out and the resin doesn’t get any easier to wash (whereas old favorite is typical design and consistently has food clinging to the edges).Can only speak to using with cats (one is a kitten who had zero issues when got her at 12 weeks and the other is 14 years old and adapted easily). For those who say they like the tilt but that it’s still too low, I recommend just putting it on a box or similar to raise it a bit to the preferred height. With my old favorite, I place that on a sturdy box some ankle boots came on. The now approaching 5 mo kitten waits for her food on the box and though plenty of room, she gets down to eat.Getting another bowl because it is so much easier to clean and will hopefully mean no more wasted food clinging to the edges. I do wish it came in different colors as another reviewer mentioned - for me not because girl/boy colors as love the pink - but would love the 2nd bowl to be a different color and dislike white for most household items as it can look harsh and not clean even just been washed.

The white bowls slip around quite a bit since they are free-floating. We ended up taping them. The bases are prettt good at staying where you put th3m, even on hardwood.

I love that this bowl is not ceramic- so no worry about breakage if it falls. I love that it is easily adjusted to different angles for my dog with partially collapsed trachea to make it easier to eat. I place it on her feeding table and it aligns her head and neck perfectly. When she is lazy and want to eat laying down, it is perfect to place on the floor next to her and easy to align the bowl so she doesn't have to lower her head into it to eat. Keeping her esophagus and airway aligned and open is critical for her willingness to eat. the adjustable bowl helps quite a bit.

My pup is a rescue and has been, up until now, terrified of meal time. I was told he was attacked a lot and made the whipping boy because he has a lot of trouble eating and does so, very slowly. This broke my heart even more when I saw how skinny he is and he is a corgi. Corgi's are usually chow hounds, loving to eat. This bowl helps this story to have a Happy ending! My fur baby is putting on the pounds and overcoming his trauma with mealtime bcs of this Most Excellent dish. I bring him and the dish whenever we go on vacation. I am very grateful for the Anti Slip and it works great. 4 paws up from my lil Overcomer!

I thought this dish was going to help my dog eat easier, but it seems like it almost made it harder. My dog has no teeth, so I was hoping for a bowl that wasn't going to move around while she was eating, soft enough to not bother her gums, not too deep for her to try to get to the food, and easy to clean. This bowl only checked off easy to clean and soft enough to not bother her gums. I think this company has the right intentions but need to try different bowl designs for animals that are shallow and universal.

Valde skålen i storlek S, för små hundar, men den är snarare lämplig för mini hundar, som Chihuahua. Passade inte alls min mops, som visserligen är liten men när han dök in i skålen hälften av maten hamnade på golvet. Det blev en retur.

Aunque al momento de la compra no hay opción para escoger tamaño, el plato que me llegó es justo para mi Chihuahua, es un perro de 15 años y no encontraba la forma de darle de comer fácilmente.Al poder moverse el plato en ángulo de casi 90 grados permitió a mi perrito comer cómodamente.Lo recomiendo para perros pequeños y en especial viejitos!!!
