1-Fingd a thin screw-driver or nipper,opening the groove-door at the back of buckle,
2-Taking the strap out from the buckle;
3-Cutting the strap for your desired size,
4-Putting back the sized strap into the bukcle and close the groove.

I am SO glad for this! It's only $20, comes in black, gray and light-to-medium brown (would like a medium-to-dark brown, too) and the BEST and most practical part is that it totally eliminates the need for the too-tight, too-loose, in-between sizes. You don't have to stretch the traditional belt to fit and make the pre-cut holes bigger when you do. I HIGHLY recommend this! This was an unexpected answer to an ongoing issue, especially if you gain or lose some in the waist. You don't have to go out and buy a new belt. I bought a second one once I got the first and saw it was what it claimed to be. It's not cheaply made either. I rarely do reviews, but did on this because, for me, it doesn't say it's something it's not, the price is good and I didn't even know they made something like this! So pleased!!

Absolutely love the belt! Very durable and stays in place! Love the look of the belt buckle and is very comfortable to wear. Definitely will buy again or more!

i been buying theses belts since the company came out .super nice high quality leather it seems .each belt has lasted me a very long time and I put in 16 to 24 hour days at work and it stays where it needs to and the cant forget how amazingly the ratchet works on this belt. the color never fades at all .the i would like to add that the leather for this belt does not fall apart or come part after being used for a very long time .the belt I have on now it 3 years old and not one issue and looks brand new and for work .its not a office job .I get down and dirty .when that happens and the belt gets dirty I toss it in the washer and let it air dry while I use another one of there belts in the mean time .once dried tho boom brans new belt . I hope this reaches someone that wants one .go for it !!! you wont regret it

I like the nearly infinite adjustability of it. The ratchet noise is a little different. I'm glad this buckle did not have the bull head logo on it like other belts they offer. I just wanted a belt.. not a statement.It remains somewhat stiff but I suspect that's because I've been used to better leather belts. All in all this was a good buy.

I only write reviews if something is really bad or really good. I will scream the quality and cleverness of this belt from the highest mountain!! There are no holes to deal with. There is no belt that is easier to finely adjust your fit while you are wearing it. Also, if you have any fluctuation in weight, the belt expands or contracts to your fit every time. I loved this belt so much that I bought a black one as well. Now, I have comfortable, well-fitting belts with dress-quality buckles and the price was amazing. DO NOT buy any other belts!!

This belt is nice in appearance just as the picture shows it to be and good quality. My favorite thing about it is the simplicity of latching and adjusting it in place, also just as easy when releasing it. One last fantastic feature is being able to cut the belt if it arrives too long for your waist as you will see on the back side you can just pop open the grabber and this leases the belt allowing you to cut the belt for a custom fit and simply place it back into position and engage the grabber.

This belt is easy to put on and easy to take off! My husband also loves the color and he usually wears black belts. It is very easy to care for and overall a wonderful belt!

Nice quality leather (yes, genuine, not PU), SUPER-easy to adjust (with nice markings on the back of the belt to help you figure out where to cut), and the catch mechanism locks securely. This is a great buy.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit diesem Gürtel. Lässt sich leicht schließen und öffnen. Wenn der Gürtel eingerastet ist, bringt den nichts auseinander, nicht mal das gute Mittagessen bei Oma.Jeder andere Gürtel, hätte in der gleichen Nutzungszeit, den Geist aufgegeben.Würde ich jederzeit wieder kaufen. Habe ich tatsächlich auch.
