Purchased this product brand new july 2022. Used mildly on our boat. Worked great with Verizon service with no issues for a year. Last weekend 9/2023 it suddenly quit working. Wouldn’t turn on or charge. Thankfully we had purchased extended warranty & sent it in to Asurion. Was unrepairable & I was sent Amazon gift card for purchase price (minus tax). Be wary of purchasing without extended warranty. And warranty is only for Amazon gift card, not check or money back. We’re moving on to Verizon internet box now. Have one for home & works great & we’ve already travelled with it tour boat & it works there too. No GB limitations.

Yeah it is used, like new but it has clearly gotten wet. As you can see in the photo the red Xs in the white square. This is a moisture indicator that manufacturers use to determine if too much moisture has gotten into the device.It does work and I hope it continues to do so.

Amazingly inconvenient to use ethernet port (multiple reboots) and connection in one spot drops completely for a few seconds intermittently. Make live streaming a non-starter.
