VIOLIN SIZE CHART
Use the sizing chart to choose the correct size from the arm measurement.
Follow these instructions for the most accurate size: First, with arm outstretched to the side, measure the player's arm from the base of neck to mid-palm. Check the size chart below for the right size of violin according to arm length measurement. Always choose the smaller size if the student is in-between sizes. A larger instrument will hinder the student’s ability to play properly. The deciding factor is if the student is able to, or very close to, playing the 4th finger. If they can reach this fingering the violin will be usable.
- Extend arm fully to the side and perpendicular to the body.
- Measure from the base of the neck to the middle of the palm.
- If you are between sizes, size down.

No complaints. Excellent product. This violin sounds beautiful and it also came in pre-tuned! The lovely case has two handles for your preference on how to carry it. The raisin is as described - high quality. I can't say enough to express how happy we are with this violin. I wanted to upload the photo but sadly was unable to upload.

They are very reliable makers I can say that by their beautiful product. A lot of care has gone into making it perfect with the velvet lined box and the great violin, i am a beginner at it and i started using the bow as soon as i got my hands onto it and the sound was deep and not at all scratchy even for a beginner like me.I mailed them that they had missed the rosin and the wiping cloth and there was an instant response from the company that they would replace it. I had checked the boxes that had arrived and could not find the rosin. However, the next day i found the rosin in a receptacle inside the violin case that had a small flap to pull. I informed the maker that i had found it but he said that i could keep the rosin as an extra cos it had already been sent out. So the service has been very prompt and they have been kind in their responses.So i would suggest that you check the receptacle inside the case and not just the accessory box for all the things they pack away with it. I had read of rosins missing in their previous reviews, so i guess that also added to my bias and subsequent overlooking of the receptacle. Hope you find ur rosin :)I am very happy with my purchase , their craftsmanship and services.

I first got my daughter another highly rated (on Amazon) violin, but as soon as she started classes, her teacher told her it would not be usable by the time she could use a bow. The pegs did not stay in place, but this one tunes well enough. She recommended this one since we wanted to buy a cheaper starter violin, and it is so much better!We did replace the shoulder rest with a Kun, but otherwise just what we needed! While not for advanced players really into timbre, it sounds pleasant for a beginner. It's a good value for the price (especially since, for me, there are no nearby stores to rent from). It comes fully assembled and ready to go.

Now I don’t know anything about violins, I bought this for my wife who’s always wanted to learn to play.I’ve played guitar for 50 plus years and after receiving this I was very impressed with the quality of the instrument and the case. The packaging was excellent too, sent inside case and then boxed. The finish is beautiful satin and not a mark on it.The only thing I would suggest to the company is to ship it in a box that doesn’t say violin on the outside for those of us who buy gifts as a surprise!

I recently retired and decided to take up the violin. The Bunnel Premier Violin Outfit 4/4 Full Size looked like an excellent student violin and it didn't disappoint. The sound is great, it looks wonderful and the accessories seem to be good quality. The violin itself has a lifetime guarantee - so you can't go wrong with that. Overall, I am very pleased. All that is left is to practice!
