- Please be sure to take protective measures when working, you need to wear goggles and protective gloves.
- Before tapping confirm whether the diameter of the die is appropriate. Be sure to select the appropriate cutting oil for the complex tapping process and apply anti-rust oil for maintenance after use.
- It needs to be reversed every 1/4~1/2 circle to facilitate the chip discharge from the chip hole.

Item can thread aluminum at best. Not recommended for any hard metal.

I gave this 1/4-28 die three stars because the description as of 1/27/25 doesn't mention that this die is only 3/4" in diameter. It's the same diameter as a penny.It will not fit a standard die holder. Had the size of this been mentioned in the description, I wouldn't have bought it.
