Bought one pair at first, had torn parts so I emailed them, no response! so I had to order again since I really wanted it and the quality of the material seemed good! I ordered the second one and everything was good! if they somehow respond to me ill ask for a refund or else ill just keep it since it was on a discount!

I've had Burton poachers before and this looks like its a newer version. Very similar to the poachers, just the red color is a bit more intense which is nice. They seem very comfortable and warm. I expect them to last me several years just like the poachers did.
