It's pretty simple. It fit like it was supposed to. I figured out the size I needed for some 50Ah LiFePO4 batteries and these busbars fit great.

I ordered these for use with my battery cells which use M8 terminals and just used a Dremel using a stone grinder to widen these since these only come in M6 terminal size. These do appear to be real copper when grinded and come in a nice plastic case. I just really wish they came in M8 terminal size, but it's a lot better than trying to use flattened copper pipe.

I'm building a 200Wh battery actually I'm building several of them and they're a perfect fit for my LiFePO4 Prismatic Cells and definitely a step above using recycled copper wire

Had to drill out the holes to fit the M8 bolts but the length is perfect and spot on. Wrap with heat shrink before attached to batteries to reduce surface area that could be potentially shorted. And they are copper on the inside. Hoping the drilling doesn't lead to oxidizing.
