I have several pieces of the Bush office furniture line "Corsa" from OfficeMax/Office Depot from years ago. Did some searching and confirmed that 'series c' is the same exact set.Having had one of these units previously, I don't know why I waited so long to add another. Solid furniture, gorgeous color and despite the horror I've read here, was no problem to assemble. I admit the directions could be a bit more clear when you go to install the drawer rails but take your time, look at the 'hints' in the guidebook as to alignment and which screws go where and it'll come together.Last note: I had wiped off all the dust from the packing material as I was putting it together. When finished I cleaned it with some furniture polish. I then polished the old cabinet. The old one is almost 6 years old now, heavy use and looks as good as the new one!

Not fully assembled. Took 3 hours to assemble and still has rubbing sounds and drawers not signed up perfectly. Holes not drilled properly and instructions not detailed enough. Definitely not worth the price.

Friend put it together for me. Said the instructions weren't the easiest, however he did a great job and it is a solid piece of furniture.

The listing specifically says it comes assembled, but it came in pieces in a flat box. Took over 4 hours to assemble, primarily because the drilled screw holes were too shallow and tight, and given the very hard particle board, it took two hands and all of my strength to move the screws a quarter turn at a time. I have multiple blisters on both hands. The video shows the man screwing them in quickly and easily with one hand. Not true. Other than that it is an attractive piece and a good addition to my complete Bush office setup.

The plastic supports of the front panel of the drawers are weak & the hole for the screws is too big. In very short time the drawers falls apart. Just trying to put it together, and my husband has put together many things in his 59 years of handy-man life, the first bracket broke. *Then we could not get the bottom(big) drawer to shut all the way, after taking things apart and putting back together (moving brackets from where they were supposed to be mounted) we finally got the drawer to shut. **Came with only (1) KEY* WHO DOES THAT? This little key cannot be re-made anywhere around my area (45 miles) so I only have (1) key. **I guess if the (1) KEY gets lost at least I know the cabinet is not well made so I will be able to get inside easy enough ***THIS IS SAD!!!!

The cabinet is the appropriate size and well built. Not sure it will be truly mobile on a carpet since the casters aren't that large. Materials are solid, the usual veneered press board with the usual locking mechanisms.Construction is not difficult, but give yourself plenty of time, especially if you're not used to a lot of construction motions. Use of a power screwdriver is not recommended as you might over tighten and strip threads. A few items in the instructions could be clearer. another reason to slow the pace.

I like it but very frustrated and disappointed with the fit of the drawers and assembling. The directions are terrible. Called number for support to assemble and sat on hold for hour with no answer. Didn't get an email reply until the next day. Videos for installation is pretty much not useable. I can't believe there is not separate bags labled for each set of screws. Vendor knows there is already some direciton problems when they let you know screw pictures are actual size. Preset screw holes are too small and not aligned so screws would only going 1/4 of the way or the drawers don't close smoothly when done. I had to either drill the hole bigger or screw in a bigger screw, unscrew the bigger screw, and then screw in the correct screw for it to fit. This was done for 16 holes after realizing the hole was too small for the actual size screw that was need for job. Using a hand held screw driver will not work and you arm will be sore the next day with blisters on your hand. You need a highly powerful electric screw driver or a ratchet with a screw driver bit. Would think twice before buying more Bush Industries furniture. It's ashamed because I like it so far.

My overall rating is based on use in a home setting. I don't think it is sturdy enough to use in a commercial setting. I found the assembly instructions to be excellent and the screws and hardware to be packaged in a way that made it easy to identify individual parts. I used a 1/4 inch impact driver to drive the screws being extra careful not to over tighten the screws. This approach worked well for me and I did not have any problems with assembly. For my intended use I am happy with my purchase.
