Description says it's a three pack. There were six in mine. I used it to adapt a Delta 955 lathe with a 1/2 inch arbor spindle to accept 5/8" Shopsmith lathe attachments. It works great for that so long as you recognize that the set screw will need to be long enough to go through the keyway.
