This product solved my issues with interruptions by my family while I work at home. Works seamlessly with Teams and Zoom, great options to allow detailed control of when/how it reacts. Hotkey to toggle it on and off for times when you need to trigger it outside of a Teams/Zoom meeting. Customer support was phenomenal - they contacted me within seconds of submitting a service ticket (I was stunned at how fast it was). The technician (Ember) was not just there to resolve my issues (that were self-induced as I failed to set it up correctly) but also hung on the line to make sure I knew of other cool features it had. Highly recommend this product.

I use this for my home office so my family knows if they can disturb me.First the good stuff: The size and form factor is excellent. Not too big not too small. Easy to mount. Long cord (spec says 9'). The hardware is generally excellent. Easily 5 stars.What needs to improve: The cord is not replaceable if it breaks, or if you don't need 9'. I'd prefer a removable USB cord so it could be replaced. The biggest need is software. The software is easy to set up, but configuration choices are minimal. Because it is used at home, I need it to turn off especially when the computer sleeps. It stays on so I have to unplug it. The easiest way to fix this would be for me to be able to configure the color for every state. If I could set Away as off, it would turn off when it sleeps. I'd also like off for when I am available. Software changes should be pretty easy and would make this a solid 5 star purchase.Use: It changes color with manual state changes faster than the Teams app! When driven by the Teams app it works flawlessly. I was real concerned about working with teams, but it seems to be perfect.Overall, I give it 4 stars due to the lack of configurability of the software. Fix that, and it is a very solid 5.

Bought these for use within a call center. After installing the drivers/software it’s really just plug in and go. It works great and really helps give me at a glance the status of each person. Glad we went with this first.

There's far too many plug-ins to install. Just give us one nice app to install and a config screen!I took another star off because the magnets on the base come out of the base constantly.

***UPDATE: Let me ask you, have you ever had a company call you up and say hey, I just saw you bought our product 4 years aso and somehow we missed you review that you had problems and we want to help you get it working correctly? Well I did. Today. Twice! Thank you so much Ember (cool name btw) for reaching out, walking me through what I had done incorrectly on installation, and then returning my call within an hour when I still had one more issue. The little green light in the corner of my monitor sure is making me smile today. You absolutely made my life a little bit easier. Thank you a million!I had heck trying to get this thing to work and I still don't know if it's my headset or the light causing the problem. I just happened to get a new computer. That did something for the installation because it worked for an entire day. I'm pretty computer literate and this one is not user friendly. From the list of software it wants to install I'd have to be a programmer to understand. That being said, when I can figure out how to make it work all the time I think I'll be golden.

You need to install an app for each communications application you use. One for teams, one for Skype, on for MS Meetings. Not great if you use multiple applications. Would be great if it just recognized that the headset was in use and not application specific. Also reflects outlook meeting status even if you are not attending the meeting or it ends early.

This product requires downloading and installing 3rd party software in order to integrate, something the most corporate environments won't allow.It also uses magnets to attach to a surface, so I can't put it on top of my monitor to be seen in an open-office environment. Pretty flawed design that prevents me from using it!

If audio is important to you I would suggest going with the Omega. Even with the audio level at 100% I found this not loud enough but if all you want is a visual that isn't in your face then this product would work well for you. The Busylights link in with so many major systems and are easy to setup.

Das BusyLight funktioniert ohne Probleme mit Teams. Das USB Kabel ist sehr lang und daher ohne Probleme vom Monitor bis zum PC anzuschließen. Der eingebaute Lautsprecher ist zwar kein Klangwunder, aber bei der Größe kann man nicht mehr verlangen.
