1. Does the lighter come with butane gas?
A: Due to transportation regulations, all lighters do not come with butane gas. So please fill the lighter with butane gas before use.
2. Which butane should you choose?
A: Please use butane with a long nozzle to fill the lighter. (When you notice gas spurting out, check if the nozzle is aligned with the filling port or if the fuel tank of the lighter is full.)
3. Does the lighter come with a gift box?

4. What should you do if the lighter fails to ignite after filling with butane?

I got two of these to gift to two people. The packaging is nice and itself could be used as a gift box. Before gifting them I had to test them to ensure I gave away something that was not just pretty but functional as well. I filled them up with butane and the lit the torch. The flame was good but the moment I pointed the flame downward it would turn off. I let it run for a few minutes and after a while I could point the flame downwards and it would not turn off. I don't know why this is exactly but perhaps I had overfilled it with butane. I went through the same thing with the second one when I tested that one too. Filled it (or overfilled it), got it so start, pointed it down as if browning a steak and then it turned off. similarly I let it run for about five minutes and was then able to use it pointing downward without it turning off.The torch itself is beautiful. it works well and has an adjustment dial at the bottom. it can go really low so as to use it a a lighter or on it's highest setting can put out about a 5-7 inch flame.

Great torch lighter for cigars. Nice weight. I like the feel in my hand. Sparks every time. Easy fill and use. Great design as well. Love the black with the gold accent and burnished gold color HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Great budget friendly option but doesn’t FEEL like a budget option. Solid choice!!

It looks beautiful but the flame control is inconsistent to the point that it makes the lighter a hassle to use. Thats too bad because it is a sharp looking lighter 😔

I like how you can lock the torch so it stays on. The flame is adjustable which is a cool feature and very ergonomic in your hands and light weight. Perfect to torch small food items. Only thing I would like to see in a future torch is fuel level

For the price they suck. Cool item if it continued to work but fails to light now! For what they charge the product is before sub par!

I couldn't be more impressed with this torch it's gotta be a year by now and it's still going strong! Get it...treat it good,don't drop it,if it won't light check where the sparks going ND take good care of it
