I got this to use with MobileSheetsPro on my Kindle Fire HD 10. It is sturdily built and operates silently. I researched several options before settling on the Butterfly. It uses batteries so one doesn't need to recharge it. It is silent, so I can use it for classical and acoustic music. The price is realistic for a well built design. The time out is 30 minutes. Plus the BlueTooth function works great. It connects readily when paired and turned on again. One caveat, you have to turn the unit off in order to use the virtual keyboard on the tablet. Once you turn the Butterfly back on, it connects effortlessly.I do one or two Zoom concerts s week and have just used it for a concert. Works GR8!!!I highly recommend it. I am using it to practice now as well. I have thousands of flute pieces on my external SD card and now I just read them from my Kindle Fire and turn my pages with impunity. ðŸ˜P.S. - I eventually got an HP 13" 360 Chromebook for my music. The pedal works great with that, as well. Often I can use the ChromeBook in landscape mode and have two pages up simultaneously.

This pedal is very handy for playing music off an iPad. Great customer service, even for an issue that popped up years after making the purchase!

I have a Microsoft Surface Pro 9 computer. I have the Mobile Sheets app installed. For some time, I used the touch screen on the computer for flipping pages. It worked, but it was challenging when printed pages (with the ability to see two printed pages at once) conflicted with the single-page display I preferred on the computer (portrait mode on the computer is nearly as good as looking at a single page of printed music). This device fixes the touch-screen issue. It easily links to the computer via Bluetooth. A touch of the pedal turns the page. Easy.A remainig problem was that printed multi-page music did not have "page turns" that coordinated well with the single-page display on the app. I fixed that originally by creating pages that overlapped with page turns. It worked, but was still not ideal. After I got this device, I discovered pedal functions on Mobile Sheets that allowed a song to scroll, instead of turn pages. I was able to make (modify) documents for Mobile Sheets that contained a single song in a single document that would be scrolled down by a pedal touch, rather than flipped by pages. My only issue now is learning to scroll when necessary!Mobile Sheets includes an option that prevents changing songs with the pedal. This eliminates switching songs when there are too many pedal presses. The combination of the this pedal with Mobile Sheets makes for a nearly ideal combination of music printing and music reading. I wish I had known about these options years ago.

I'm a guitar player and this device works perfectly to let me use PDFs of music and change pages with my foot while playing. It's well built and easy to setup and use. The only complaint I have is that it's a lot of money for what it does. It's durable plastic but still plastic and costs as much as some BOSS effects pedals and all it does is flip pages on an iPad :/ FYI (and the manufacturer has great resources for this on their web site): it doesn't work with every PDF app. I did a lot of research and settled on PDF Expert, which is a pricey app at $10, but does a fantastic job of letting me mark up PDFs on the fly in rehearsal with notes, stamps and highlights to help with performance. FWIW it also works with Planning Center Online's "Music Stand" app if you're in a church band that uses that app.

I’m not a professional musician but when I decided to move my music sheets to my iPad having a page turner became a “must haveâ€. I’ve now had this for several years and I’ve had no problems with it. BTW since this is the only page turner I’ve ever owned I cannot compare it to other devices that may be out there. Nevertheless, I would definitely consider getting another one in the future if this one should ever break on me.

I play every Sunday in a church group. Hate lugging around all the music and the music books. The forScore program lets me load all that onto my Ipad. This foot pedal lets me turn pages on the music using the pedal. Another awesome feature. If you place the Ipad to horizontally, the picture of the music doubles in size but only shows half a page. When you hit the foot pedal, it first scrolls to the bottom of the page you are on then when you hit it again scrolls to the top of the next page. This is a must-have for anyone who wants to have all their music easily assessable. No more problems with page-turning on music with multiple pages. I contacted their support folks to get help with setup and got a same-day response. Turns out I was pushing the top bottom to sync, when I should have used the front button. Easy fix and set up was then very easy. HIGLY RECOMMEND!
