This toaster is amazing! I absolutely love the colors. It’s also very quiet, so be sure to adjust the timer during your first use (just like with any toaster). Don’t rely on popping it up manually—if you get distracted, you might miss it since it’s so quiet; the only time you’ll hear it is when it releases. It cooks toast evenly, is super durable, and the timer works great… when you remember to use it! Definitely worth the price. My brother-in-law was smitten at first sight and loves his too!

I purchased this in 2022. The toaster is still going strong. Toasting is as expected based on the control setting you want. It’s a nice size not too large not too small. Browning appropriately and lever stays down. It is a nice heavy weight. Slot with is great for toast, English muffins, bagels, and frozen waffles. I’m pleasantly surprised, most electronics don’t last this long anymore.

Love this toaster -- the dial lets me control the degree of toasting (unlike an older and less expensive toaster I had that allowed only certain settings). Does an even job of toasting every single time. And the color is to die for!

As others have asked, why is it so hard to make a toaster that toasts evenly? If you are feeding the BUYDEEM DT620 standard balloon bread. white or whole wheat, the machine does okay. With anything even remotely "artisanal", it's a different story. If I regularly ate rustic sourdough, for example, and if I were concerned about even browning, this would not be the toaster for me. However, the fact is, I do, but I'm not, so the BUYDEEM DT620's failings here don't bother me that much. That being said, note that in my experience, it seems to have even more trouble giving an even toast to dark, dense, grainy breads.I think this toaster deserves a 3 or a 4 because it looks nice, it's reasonably priced, it works, and I doubt that it's any better or worse than most of the other toasters on offer. The bagel option (where it toasts just one side) and the reheat function are nice touches. So I'm happy with this toaster at its price, but my standards are not particularly high.

I took some quality time looking for my replacement toaster. Within a month I had two previous toasters quit their one job - toasting.First, I looked for space saving toasters and digital toasters and a plethora of toasters with other advanced features. What did they all suffer from in reviews? They failed to toast reliably!Then, I came across this wonderful analog toaster in its resplendent retro form colored in Cozy Greenish. I saw its form and found myself smiling! And then, I went to the reviews to find that it was actually known for toasting really well! I looked further at the photos of the toaster in various settings with other Bydeem products. They were simply beautiful and calming to behold. I felt stress melting away. Then, I bought the toaster and I found that I was so excited that it was on its way to my home! I had finally found my Happy Toaster!After receiving my Happy Toaster I couldn’t wait to try it out. I was not disappointed one bit. The color and shape were just as I anticipated. But the happiest part? I made and continue to pleased by making wonderfully controlled toasted bread, bagels, and muffins - I am truly happy!Thank you Bydeem for my Happy Toaster! 😄

There are four things I love about this toaster:(1) The wide slots easily accommodate bagels and thick breads(2) The bagel/muffin option works very well -- much better than my previous toaster (which was fine, but not spectacular). It toasts my bagels perfectly. In the case of English muffins, it toasts only one side -- the side facing inward, which is exactly what I want.(3) It has a reheat setting so that if you walk away while toasting and come back several minutes after the toast or bagel pops up, you can reheat it without burning it, getting the warm surface essential to a nice smear of butter or cream cheese.(4) It does an all-around excellent job toasting, with a wide range of darkness settings that work well.

I replaced my broken toaster with a purchase from my local store. The deal maker for me is the bagel feature, I toast a bagel almost daily. Function information is very limited on the outside of a box. Even the instruction book said the bagel button was for toasting bagels. Hmf, really? I pressed the button and waited and nothing happened. I returned that toaster in exchange for the exact same one I had that broke after 5 years. At least I knew it had a functioning bagel button. I brought it home and discovered from testing and reading the book that they changed how the bagel feature works. It adds more toast time to both sides of the bagel. The whole point of the button is to reduce toast time on the glazed sides of the bagel because they get so hot you can't hold it to dress it until it cools. I brought it back for refund.THIS Buydeem toaster is a dream. The body style and layout are beautiful. I have the black and chrome to match my kitchen and it looks awesome. To top that, the functions are perfect. They work as described in the ad that I could read before purchase. The bagel feature keeps all elements on for 30 seconds, then reduces the power to the outside elements for the remaining toast time. Which is also perfect as I keep my bagels in the fridge and are cold to start toasting.Also, not mentioned in the ad, the bagel button doubles as a muffin feature which is also awesome. The defrost will defrost a frozen bread slice then toast it to the set grade of the dial. The reheat button puts it over the top.I have never been so happy with a toaster. It will fulfill any toasting needs I will have.The test now is the longevity.

This toaster functions really well. It browns evenly and adjusts accordingly on the dial.The lifter works well.It looks very nice and doesn't take up a lot of room, easy to wipe clean and easy to use crumb tray.Cord length is great.It is fast in it's toasting.A reasonable price, well put together with quality work.Would purchase again...

This is a nice looking toaster which was ordered with a matching kettle. The yellow color is gorgeous and makes a kitchen statement.There was a strong plastic smell with first use but, after running the toaster outside on a high cycle a few times, the smell has gone away and it toasts evenly and perfectly.

I absolutely love this toaster. It arrived exactly as I expected it would. It's the perfect retro color and look. The first time I did a piece of toast, Of course It had that new appliance smell, but its totally fine now. I'm very happy and satisfied with this purchase ☺ï¸
