Men’s dress shirts are normally sold in ½-inch increments at the neck (e.g. 16”, 16 ½”, 17”, etc.). Extend your fitted shirt’s collar an extra ½” to a 1½” with the C2 shirt collar extender. You can also use the small extenders as alternate buttons or as cufflinks with a regular shirt to change the look of your shirt or using as wrist extenders.
Our buttons are 10.2 mm (3/8”) in diameter and will fit any standard buttonhole.

Let's say the dry cleaner shrunk your shirt (uh huh) and you need a little more breathing room in your dress shirt. These work just as described. I need this for my tux shirt that I have to wear this weekend, and when I did a quick test fit my neck size was just a fraction too big to get the top button set. I used one of these and then put on the bow tie, and it no only give you some breathing room, but you can't see it at all.

It worked but is hard for arthritic hands. The loops are very small.

These extenders are nice to have when you need a little room, especially around the neck with a dress shirt. The package comes with 5 extenders, with different size loops to help extend. 2 of the buttons are blue with small loops, and 3 of the buttons are white - 1 larger loop and 2 medium sized ones. The extenders seem durable enough, and the buttons are thick with one side being a bit curved which makes it easy to slide through smaller button holes. The only issue I had, is that the buttons are all a bit too small, and the colors are a bit awkward. The 3 white extenders seem to stand out quite a bit, but the 2 blue are an awkward color that is a bit too noticeable for me, though I do appreciate the different size options for the loops.

I had to check the package twice......it was labeled "2X", which I guess, is supposed to be regular-sized. But frankly, the loop ends of these button extenders aren't exactly easy to manipulate. I find that I need to attach them BEFORE putting on my shirt, and even though the loop itself is (somewhat) elastic, I think a metal spring loop (like I've seen on button extenders for jeans) would be much more practical, as well as having various 'gem' finishes like opal, ruby and jade. I hope the folks at C2 take my suggestions to heart.

These little collar extenders have saved me from throwing away multiple shirts. My husband fluctuates in his sizes and sometimes needs a little extra room in his collar. These extenders make that possible without needing a new shirt. They are also great if you are just not wanting to feel strangled in general :D Great product that I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I got these for my husband who has a large neck! I got these to use whenever he finds that his shirt has "shrunk," and he needs to extend the collar button a bit. These work well, and even with his bigger fingers, he was able to put them on and use them. He tried these out on a shirt that he was wearing for a sales conference and they worked well.

My husband has trouble buttoning the top button of each dress shirt. His neck has gotten bigger, and his fingers less nimble with age. When I try to pull that last button through the button hole for him, I feel like I am strangling him. These button extenders have made it so simple. The collar is held together nicely and a tie covers up the loops. Dressing for church just got so much easier.

Got this because my chest was a bit tight in my shirt. Looks strange, doesn't match the current buttons, doesn't look right. I just don't like it or use it. Might be better down by the waist where it isn't so predominant.
