I've bought a half dozen of these over the years for various motor control projects and they work great. Only downside is the pinout is wrong for normal ethernet. The A+ and A- lines share a twisted pair, but the B+ is twisted around I-, resulting in poor noise rejection if you use a standard ethernet cable. Assuming you crimp your own cables with the swapped wires, they work great.
