Be careful with the clip it's easy to loose. When I put my wire(s) in I always add a few turns of electrical tape to the cage to make sure the they don't slip out. Seems pretty sturdy so far.

I used the larger size to pull 6/3 NM-3 cable through 3/4" liquid tight flex. The cable is just under 1/2" diameter and the larger basket grabbed it tightly. Used IDEAL lube and it pulled though the 25' easily.
