While the product description says it will do SCSI, I could not get it to work as a SCSI cable. I was using it with a ZuluSCSI and an old PowerMac 6100. The Mac would see the ZuluSCSI and the virtual drive on it, but any read/write operation would fail. I used the SCSI cable from a Zip drive I had to confirm it wasn't an issue with the ZuluSCSI or the Mac, everything worked perfectly with the SCSI cable from the ZIP drive. Gave it 2 stars since it might work as a parallel cable, I haven't tested that yet.
