The Hook Plate is intended as a replacement for hook plates which have been damaged or for new bed construction. This bed rail hooks plate claws adapter kit for bed frame & Footboard Frame & Headboard.
Materials
Hook Plates are made with 13 gauge steel for durability, and are designed for use with beds which utilize 2" On Center pin spacing. This is the standard spacing for most American-made beds.
Dimension
2" hook separation, thickness: 2.5 MM. Please refer to the second picture for the Bed Rail Brackets detailed size data.
Warm prompt
Please measure the distance from the two pins in your bed frame / headboard / footboard to confirm that they are 2" apart on center to determine. This way you know whether the hook plate can be used for your application.

This was my second set of brackets used to replace the wooden bed rails in a bed my father-in-law made in the 1940's. First brackets were the incorrect hook size. These worked perfectly in the new rails and the bed is very sturdy.

I fit the plates into the existing slots and marked the plates with a marker. I will drill the the side rails for the bed and bolt it onto the slide plates. The prior owner used screws that kept stripping in the wood leaving multiple holes in the side rails.

Said came with attachment hardware - but it is too small for holes and not nearly big enough to hold the weight of the bed. Otherwise the hooks were just as I thought they would be.

They're suppose to be universal but i had to make my own new holes in my bed frame to make them somewhat fit. My bed is not leveled right and its rocky.
