This cake stand is a beautiful, cool brown. It has a yellow undertone which goes really well with my walnut kitchen cabinets. I bought it to keep my homemade bagels in instead of on an ugly plate with plastic wrap. It’s PERFECT!

The base of the cake stand is made from quality wood. The only downfall was the acrylic lid. I thought I would have been okay with it but I realized I prefer a glass dome lid. I ended up returning the item. But it that doesn’t matter to you then I recommend this item.

DONT BUY THIS! I requested a replacement after 3 weeks. The 1st started bowing in the center (absorbs moist from treats and then wood warps) my 2nd replacement has started the same thing after 2 weeks. If you only use it at a party it may be fine but you cant leave baked goods on it in your kitchen. I even had treats on liners & wax paper . It's a shame it's beautiful and I thought it was just a fluke but it's the separate slices of wood that come apart and then warps to the side leaving huge open area where top can't cover due to wood no longer being flat surface.
