These little critters are super cute but pretty expensive for what they are. However very much loved by my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter. I would recommend a storage bag or case for them as you will spend a lot of frantic time searching for ‘lost’ critters. Luckily she has a little backpack and so far three sets of critters live in it.Many moving, small parts and clothing to keep in mind if you have babies/younger children.

I purchased these as a gift for my niece. She is having so much fun playing with her new critters! Calico Critters are a well made toy and have so many charming details in their fur and outfits. These are a perfect toy for 3 year olds and up. If you have little ones in the house, be sure to keep the critters safely stored since the pieces are rather small.

These are collectibles that my niece is enjoying! She is 14 and decided she wanted to collect all of them for her shelves.With that being said, you can order them for all kinds of ages. They are cute and fun. The quality of material is pretty durable too, so probably can withstand a young child. I would not recommend any younger than the recommended age of 3+. This is due to the possibility of the eyes coming off of the toys.

These critters can be super expensive at local toy shops so the price was great. I love these so much! They hang out on my shelf.
