Seldom do I actually jump at making a review. This product showed up in my hands 15 minutes ago. I tried it out. I am mounting a small camera on my guitars for video purposes. It worked much better than I expected. One of the reasons why is that it has a very strong spring on it. It held my iPhone 12 with case - which is more than I intend to put on it but it handled it like a pro. The clamp was actually big enough to clamp onto the body of my Les Paul copy. That was not intended, but I’m really glad that I can do that now. It works really well clamped to the head stock of any of my guitars.

This is the first phone mount that has ever worked well. Any of the others I have used and purchased are flimsy and cannot support the weight of a large phone. This one is strong and does the job with universal control for vertical or landscape and it’s priced cheap as can be what a great product.

Even more versatile than I was expecting. Very study. The holder can be used for many more applications than a guitar headstock too.

I'd appreciate a new version of this made of lighter material but the neck dive with this attached is pretty insane. I'd also like one with an extra "limb" so the phone it holds could be at a better angle for reading lyrics. Its workable but even just another inch or two would be just about right

Too heavy and jaws too difficult to keep open while inserting phone. On the plus note I bought it for my guitar I works great in my car with a little modification.

I had a great one and couldn’t find it anymore so grabbed this. Does not allow you to position your phone how you need it to read words/chords while playing. Skip this one for sure.
