The call blocker was extremely easy to hook up. I left everything set to factory settings so I didn't have to worry about changing anything. If I want to block a number, all I have to do is push the block key while the call is still active. I do it this way so I don't accidentally block a number I needed to keep. It is simple to unblock a number if you have to. It is so peaceful in the house now, no more political ads, surveys or Medicare plans.

No instructions that I could find. Took longer to set up than other models. My least favorite when compared to another Style I bought for my downstair Office. Will never buy this brand again.

I installed the photo id that came and it did not work at all. Was so disappointed. I started a refund request and it was accepted by Amazon with no problems. However, Amazon said that the seller had to also issue a refund request. This item was made and shipped from China. The seller did not provide a paid shipping label like Amazon. The USPS said I would have to pay $70 to ship it back. That was twice what I paid for the photo id. Buyer beware!

This Call Blocker has been a lifesaver. Before, we were getting so many telemarketer calls that we almost never answered our landline. Now, we don’t get any telemarketer calls because we only allow calls from saved numbers. Now the house phone rings, and we know that it’s someone important and not a robocall, and that’s such a relief! We still have our landline just as a backup to our cell phones, the call blocker makes it less annoying and more useful. I would recommend
