Reviewing & Deleting Recorded Calls List
Press the left or right arrow arrow to review the recorded call log. Press the DELETE button twice quickly to delete any displayed number from the CALL log.
Note
The phone requires caller ID display service for blocker to work. Blocker does not display the name of caller.
Reviewing & Deleting Blocked Numbers
Press "BLOCK" button first, then use the left or right arrow to review the blacklist. If you have a number that was wrongly blocked, press the DELETE button twice quickly to delete the displayed number from the blocked list.

I loved what this could do at the beginning as it blocks the unwanted numbers well. But, sadly, it is not doing its job anymore. And of course the window of return has closed conveniently for the seller right before it quit. Also, there is no way to unblock a number if you choose to do so. Save yourself some headaches and some cash if you are looking to reduce the robocalls that you receive. This is a piece of junk.

Works as expected but i have blocked some calls but somehow they still find a way to get through - I did block there number and when i try to see if i did do it correctly which i did there number comes up as Rep- at least 3 of them - They are very Sneaky -they will try anything just to bother people.

Easy to use and you do get less solicitor calls but it randomly blocks your friend's numbers. I wouldn't recommend buying this product.

I found it difficult to get it to take instructions as per the manual and it sometimes doesn't follow them all the time.But it has blocked unwanted calls well and brought longed for relief from telemarketers to my home.

UPDATE: It started blocking numbers on its own. I had to factory reset it because the older model does not let you remove numbers from the block list. I had to go to YouTube to find how to factory reset it. They do have a "delete" video, but all it does is delete a number from the screen and not remove blocked numbers. It does work, but it has a mind of its own that is NOT appreciated. Rather then buy a new device for $46, I'll just buy a phone that actually has a bigger capacity to block numbers.I got this for my parents since they get scam call after scam call, all day, every day. Unfortunately, it's not so easy to use for the technologically challenged. My parents would press the red button, but it didn't block numbers. You have to turn off your phone, scroll back to find the number that just called, and then press the Red button. Easy enough for me, but not so for them, so far. Otherwise it's a good product. When I do get the chance to block numbers, they stay blocked.

I bought this because often have call me by advertising bother me,This call blocker device is Very simple plug easy to use for individuals with Caller ID. The product is graet, there will be no more calls from the Robot & AD, it is highly recommended to everyone!

I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS ITEM. I loved it for 30 days!!!! Nuisance calls almost stopped. Best price too!!! It occasionally stopped calls I wanted but they got through on second try.UPDATE!!!! A short in the unit killed all my telephones!!!! The telephone repairman followed the interference to the inside of the house and directly to this unit. There is a short in it. I purchased the extended warranty so they are going to refund via a credit to Amazon (not my choice). I am out of the $8.99 extended warranty cost and now have no workable phone blocker. DO NOT BUY!!!
