This intake manifold design relies on a series of rubber flaps designed into the oem mold for a gasket seal between the manifold and intake/head. This aftermarket repop of the oem polaris design is so poorly manufactured that the functionality of the design is ruined and unusable. The built in gasket/o-ring isn’t precisely molded well enough into the part as for it to work as designed.. it’s merely a rubber paperweight, if used it will result in an intake leak, run-ability issues and contaminants entering the combustion chamber unfiltered, likely causing damage to the engine. Unless you are seeking a paperweight for your desk in the shape of a polaris 500 intake manifold.. do not buy this part for your machine. See photos.
