The plate did not fit my starter. I ended up putting the brushes on my old plate. NO I wont be using Caltric brand again.

It is not exactly the same as the OEM honda brush plate. But with the help of a bench grinder and some extra time to fit it, it works. next time I'll spend the extra 20.00$ on the Honda Genuine parts.
