The parts Caltric sold me fit right in and worked great. We will have to see if after market (not Polaris brand) starter will hold up over time. Right now, it put my Polaris 500 back in service.

Starter lasted about 1 year to the day. Experienced short life like some of the other reviewers. Better to spend a little more if you use your machine a lot and /or plan to keep it awhile .

Great!! The parts showed up 3 DAYS EARLY! Of course I was shocked. The parts were correct and almost too pretty for my well used Polaris. I installed same day, then headed for the country side on a new adventure.Life is good!Living the dream!Chappy
