Received my product quickly. Took about 45 minutes to install.In my opinion, at the time of install, the parts are better than the OE. The adjustment on the tie bars are great, allowed me to get everything back to aligning perfectly. Once the install was complete, took a quick run with the tractor and everything worked perfectly. I would recommend this kit.

They fit my John Deere LA140 just fine. Made steering so much better. Like the adjustable ends...let me set a little "toe-in" which made for easy steering. The mechanism is a bear to put in, as you have to disassemble parts of the mower, but you got to do what you got to do to keep the mower going … now if I could just stop breaking deck drive belts I'd be ecstatic.

Like the kit, had almost everything I needed. Reused the few older parts it lacked. Easy to install as long as you have a good set of metric wrenches.Pros:The drag links are adjustable (big, big plus)Mostly everything needed is includedEasy to installThe children did not learn any new wordsCons:All the nuts are regular hex nuts, not the nylon insert hex lock nuts that John Deer uses. (I reused the old nylon insert lock nuts instead)You need to to pull all the adjustment out of the drag links before inserting them. They are exactly the right length. One or two more threads of adjustment would be nice so you can back them off a little.They did not include the M4 nut for the pivot gear. You have to reuse the old nut or buy separately.Even though they show a pivot bolt in the kit, it does not appear to be included.No instructions, everyone goes to youtube anyway. Did insert the draglinks upside down on the first try.Finally points for how they put the large sector gear in the box. Most inventive :-)

The front wheels needed alignment. I ordered this replacement product because I liked the toe in and out setting options on the toe rods. The process to install requires dropping the deck and sliding out, removing the rod to the foot pedal, undoing 4 plate screws so you can drop the plate get at the toe rod bolts and steering gear plate bolts. Not too bad a job but time-consuming (an hour to 2 hours). Taking stuff of and putting stuff on is straightforward. Now the not so good part, I was very pleased with the setup of this kit. The alignment with toe settings worked great. I used the tractor to cut an acre and after 2 hours the rear pin on the left tie rod pulled out under normal use (e.g I did not hit anything). It appears I can pop it back in but frankly i am not interested in doing this. I have a message into the company to ask about this situation and will see and report what they say. .

Did not come with all of the parts shown. Was missing the bolt that goes through the slot in the steering gear plate. Was also missing the nuts that bolt the drag arms to the steering gear plate and front tire steering arms (came with 2 of the 4 needed0 and the two that came were standard nuts. The original john deere part is a self-locking nut.

This worked well and was easy to change. Note that the steering links are adjustable so you will need to adjust the toe on the tractor. My old ones had no adjustment. The cost was very reasonable compared to what I have paid for the same parts on other tractors. The quality was fine. It came very quickly. I am very pleased. The tractor now steers like new.

Bottom line, adjustment maxed out and still toed out. Item seems to be of good quality and construction, but no point of "adjustable", if at max and doesn't resolve toe issue. Normally would chalk up to "amazon generic / bait and switch sales" and not being compatible, but ad specifically lists my LA145 model. Not sure if I will remove and return to try another brand, or try to modify / shorten product.

Kit seemed to work fine. Rod ends have a lot more play than I'd like to see in something new though. Guessing I'm going to be replacing in 35-40 hrs run time. Cheap set I bought previously didn't even get put on, cause they were so bad.
