Worked great on my 2013 Ford F-150 FX4 with dual piston calipers. Do yourself a favor and get caliper hangers.

I have used c-clamps, single screw spreaders and the ones that you grip like a caulk gun. This is the best I have used. Works on single or dual piston calipers. I used a 3/8 drive impact to run the screws in and out. I also use a dab of antiseize on the threads as maintenance to keep them free. I almost always use a brake pad between the screw and the piston. The screws don't always line up with the larger dual piston calipers on 1 ton and up trucks so pad is required to not damage piston. Everyone in the shop grabs these now when brake job rolls in.

Works great, and is a must for working on trucks. Only complaint i have is that the part that gets wider or smaller to accommodate for different size caliper moves back and forth kind of hard. I had to use a hammer to get it to open all the way. I plan on applying grease and hopefully it will move easier. Even if not, it is definitely worth it. I used it in Silverado and F-150

The threads of the 2 bolts are a little rough. I'm sure it will improve with use. I applied a little zinc anti-seize. Fit the calipers on my Expedition and daughter's Impala. Other than the slightly rough threads, this thing works like a charm.
