Try contacting them several times my glasses don’t fit properly dealing with the height of my glasses. It show one thing only display when you get it is something different try to get extensions to go on the top. No one contact me to receive the extension so I end up returning it

I MADE THE MISTAKE OF ORDERING THESE RACKS THINKING THEY WOULD FIT A TYPICAL 12 OZ WINE GLASS. WHEN I RECEIVED THEM AND ATTEMPTED TO PLACE GLASSES IN THE RACK I FOUND THAT THEY WERE FAR TWO WIDE AND NOT HIGH ENOUGH TO PROPERLY HOLD A WINE GLASS. THE COMPANY WAS GOOD ABOUT ACCEPTING A RETURN HOWEVER THEY WOULD NOT PAY SHIPPING AND THE SHIPPING COST IS ALMOST AS MUCH AS THE RACKS COST!
