I set this up in the house before going to the trouble of mounting the camera. The setup is fairly straightforward. The app downloads quickly, connecting to my server was seamless. I had a little hiccup from the instruction that talks to connecting to the camera. It says there is a unique serial number that needs to be scanned. There is none on the camera, but as it turns out, it is plug and play. I tapped the first camera icon on the screen and it showed up. Fortunately, I will be able to replace an existing outdoor system using the same 12v plug so it will be just a question of dismounting the old one and adding this new one. I'm looking forward to having a dedicated screen for the camera, rather than signing in on my computer.

I've used a lot of security cameras over the years, these are the best ones I've baught! So easy to set up/use. Very clear picture. Definitely worth the money. I am very happy with this purchase, would buy again!Adding to review still love them. Dog ate my charging cord, customer service was very quick to reply and address my issue. Definitely recommend these cameras, added benifit great fast customer service. Can't state enough how fast and helpful their customer service is.

Relatively quick and easy to setup. The wireless connectivity, dedicated display, and no monthly fees were the features I'd been wanting to get, eliminating many of the wires and providing some flexibility in testing locations. I added some outlets in my attic to simplify powering the cameras without extension cords, but it was easy to attach the cameras. As another reviewer noted, the screw locations on the back of the camera could have been better designed, but other than that these are great.I like the pan and tilt options for the cameras, with multiple camera options for daylight or night vision use. The recording function is great and I've found visual evidence of the neighborhood opossum, although I'm still working out how to get it to work consistently. My wireless connection is moderately strong through a brick wall, and I have no complaints on the picture. It is tempting to add some cameras, especially since the display can connect to 4 cameras and tile them simultaneously. We've had a lot of rain and some freezing precipitation, and the cameras are doing fine. The system comes with a 32 gig SD memory chip, but can be upgraded for more recordings.I haven't used the network connectivity or the cellphone app, but I don't need that with the dedicated display.Great security system, especially for DIY without running wires throughout your home.

The cameras work well. The monitor works well. Setup was pretty easy. Once you power on the monitor, it walks you through the process of connecting to wifi and pairing the cameras to the monitor. The mobile app was easy to setup as well. Picture quality is good for the price. Mounting the cameras is awkward. The screw holes are very close to the camera body. So using a screw driver or drill is awkward. The screw holes on the side can be accessed if you turn the camera to the left or right. The top one is blocked by the body of the camera making it hard to fasten the screw. Otherwise, the mounting seems solid. I wish there was a way to quick release the camera. That is nice at times but also prevents the camera from being easily removed. So a pro and con, depending on your needs. Motion detection works well. Even the lowest sensitivity picks up slight movement. There is human detection, which seems to work well at detecting faces and bodies.

This is an excellent two camera system for use in securing a limited approach. The cameras require electric power but broadcast the images and sounds to the monitor. The monitor also requires power and can communicate with the cameras. The cameras react to movement. A good startup system and one that is easy to install.

This security camera system is so easy to set up. I thought that it was going to be a little difficult, but it was suuuuper easy. The video that it provides is crystal clear. The night vision mode even shows up clearly with no issue. I have a lot of fun with the two-way speakers. They seem to come in handy for a lot of different things. The ability to use the app to do things is convenient. I wasn't a little hesitant to believe that it worked as good as I had hoped it would, but I must admit....I have nothing but great things to say about this system now that I can actually see it in action.
