Pictured item is not what you get. You get a low end cheap plastic part that has groves for two positions. Can you say deceptive? You are better than this AMAZON!

NOTE: This SHOULD be marked as a "verified purchase", but Amazon is having problems.What junk! No wonder they're selling them for under $2. The rear position is too tight and the bottom causes the hose to hang-up, but is otherwise okay. The front position though, is cut at the wrong angle so the shower head can rattle and wobble quite easily. Plus both are too tight, only sliding half way in... I've tried with two different shower heads+hoses.It'll minimally do the job, hence the rating, but it's just amazing how they've managed to screw up the very simplest product on earth... they failed to make a piece of plastic with two holes of a standard size. Wow.Try anything else but this! For those who need help searching for other listings here, I found these similar units:UPDATE: Just a week of use and it has already cracked, due to being too small. Specifically, the piece at the bottom which bridges the left and right sides, and causes the hose to snag, has cracked directly down the center, and noticeably weakened this part. I'm already willing to bet this won't still be working after 20 years like it's predecessor. At only a dollar or two more, I'll be going with an aluminum unit next time, and recommend you do the same.

As the previous review stated, what you will receive is not what is pictured. Yes, what you receive can/will work; has two positions for a shower-head, but it is not the same one in the picture. The product works, but its still a little deceiving.

I went ahead and installed the shower head holder into our RV, but the item I received is not the item that is pictured. The one that I received is designed so that the showerhead inserts into either a slot that is straight up and down, or into a separate slot that is at a slightly downward angle. Looking at the picture you would assume that the holder would tilt up and down. The base that attaches to the wall on the one I received is also rectangular, not round. I probably would have purchased the item if I had seen a picture of it. It is just annoying to purchase something, and the what you get is not the same as pictured.

Item received was totally different from what is pictured!! Camco 43718 Chrome Two- Position Shower Head Mount .. avoid....very cheap plastic.

I was looking for a shower head holder, and this one does all of that. I have had several "better" ones break over the last few years, but this one looks like if will last longer. It only holds the hose and is not completely secure, but it does hold it. It was suppose to be a two poistion, but the upper position points my shower head up and is not usuable.For the money, I am very satified and would make this purchase again.
