All items shown were received. The tailors chalk is some of the best I've used. It has a clear line on fabric without having to bare down hard. The pens and pencils work ok but not as good as the chalk. It will be awhile before I need to reorder, but I would consider this a product to come back for a 2nd time.

Very happy with this product the Truck Works super well I love the refillable pens, would definitely recommend if you are working with clothes sewing Etc. The chalk is a little fragile but what chalk isn't. I primarily use the chalk when working with fabric and it goes on so smooth yet easily removable.

Per my wife... "Love this kit and use it every time I sew! The chalk is amazing and the color choices help when using different color fabrics. Just be careful with them, because they break easily! I also recommend the pens. I use them for stretchy fabrics. They work very well. As for the pencils, I haven't really found a use for them yet, because I just default to the chalk and pens."

The product pens work as promised. They disappear when ironed. Two of the pen holders were faulty and ink fillers could not be installed. There are 4 colors but now only two holders so the inserts must be switched out if you need a different color. The openings were basically sealed shut in two of the holders. The chalk was chipped and edges rough and irregular so straight lines are difficult. Usable but not professional quality.
