This worked perfectly. The diameter was slightly smaller than my original, I had to modify my mounting brackets slightly to get it to hold this capacitor tightly within the condenser unit. The connections were clearly labeled and the electrical connections securely fastened the wires. Great to have AC again!!!

Had an old Dayton industrial fan mounted in my garage and one day I heard the Capacitor pop and the fan slowed down to a crawl. pulled the cap put a tester on it and sure enough it was bad. this one fit perfectly in its place and got it up and running in short order. Received next Day ship. Less expensive than others and I would buy again.

This product is what it claims and does what it claims. Two things to watch out for, though. Because this is rated for 440 VAC service, it is physically larger than one rated for 370 VAC. My original was the latter type, so this one did not fit in the same clamp in my air conditioning unit, and I had to come up with my own mount. I should have anticipated the size difference based on voltage, but simple solution would be for the makers to publish the diameters and heights of their units. I expect they are all industry standard for their voltage, but home installers won't automatically know that, so size information would be useful.A second item I'll mention is my unit came with some dents in the sides. This is because it is shipped in an unpadded envelope inside a thin cardboard box that is not adequate protection for shipping. This is the main cause of me not giving the full five stars.

Casing for this cap is rough. Denta and creasing in multiple places. I needed that day otherwise i would have returned and got a different brand
