Updated***The chair broke at the welds at the bottom of the chair less than a year after I purchased it. Amazon nor CanDo are willing to replace it. Spend the money and get a better quality chair.Update***This chair squeaks very loudly. If you take a little WD-40 to all the places you had to assemble the chair it will stop the squeaking.I love this chair. I purchased it to replace the chair at my office because my previous chair was giving me lower back pain. The two things I would change is the with of the chair is narrow, I'm a female that is 5'10 and weighs 168 lbs with slightly curvy hips and I fit in the chair well but if I was a little large I might not fit in this chair comfortably. The other thing is it's squeaky and it's not the wheels. Besides that, I'm greatful for the lumber relief it has given me.

The top and base are loosely connected and it is hard to tell when it comes apart. My employee and chair parts went flying everywhere. So lucky that we don’t have a worker’s comp issue.

I ordered this ball chair in the hopes that it could relieve some back pain from a bad disc problem as I do work from home and am at my computer 8 hours a day. To my shock after spending time putting the chair together (not an easy task) I find the ball is way to small for the seat. I requested a refund and was refunded promptly. It was a shame I was really looking forward to using it.

It wasn't hard to assemble but using the tool provided and how short it was made screwing more difficult and hard on hands to turn. The chair is wobbly and doesn't feel that strong and while the back appears to recline it really does not as it is solid metal. The back does support well though. I find the ball hard on my bottom, I let some air out to help.

Years ago, my workplace ordered this for me after I suffered from major back issues and had difficulty sitting for hours while doing my case management work. It was a total game changer. A year ago, I moved to a different country, and made sure to order this chair so I could have it in the new place. This is probably the best and most important purchase ever. It is sturdy and strong, but I don't know how it will fare for those who are on the heavy or large side. For me it is perfect. I have had to reinflate the exercise ball from time to time, but this is really not an issue. I cannot live without this chair. I often sit at the computer and when I use this chair, I feel absolutely no pressure on my spine. I am even possibly able to avoid spine surgery. The ball can be inflated to be soft or firm - like a mattress. This chair is wonderful. Highly recommend!

My boss refused to order this because she thought we'd fall off it. It's a ball and it has casters. Too many of us are accident prone (including her). I went ahead and ordered one for my home. If you are going to have it in one place (not rolling around) and you are about 5'4", you can leave off the casters. I did and it's the perfect height. With the casters, my feet would not have been on the floor and this chair is NOT adjustable height wise. It's true that the arms embrace the hips and are useless to support your actual arms. I knew that when I got it. It gives an added feeling of security when you are getting used to the chair. I plan to remove mine later when I am comfortable with the feel of the chair. I do like it after just four days. I don't get the pressure on the back of my thighs that conventional chairs give. I also like the fact that the balls are simple and cheap to replace if I wear one out. I won't be shelling out $300 for a chair that lasts two years. Cheaper chairs last even less. Sitting on the ball right now and haven't fallen off yet. I'll be talking to the boss again. Oh, when you cough, you bounce a little bit.

This chair was extremely difficult to assemble due to the fact that the bolts were not quite long enough. Then after just a few days of use they started falling out. After putting them back in several times, it proved to be pointless because the weld on the frame completely broke. This was an office chair that was used only part time & still lasted less than 30 business days. But of course since weekends are included in the return time frame, I am stuck not being able to return it. I'm just out my $$. Don't waste your money like I did.

my boss loved this chair for a few months, now it's been relegated to the storage room. before he used it tho we had to sturdy it up a bit.

The chair was easy to assembly! That’s the only positive thing I can say about it!The chairs squeaks like crazy! It’s very shaky and not very sturdy which makes it quite uncomfortable to sit in. The handles are suppose to be a hand rest but they are way below your legs so it’s impossible to be used as a hand rest! It’s poorly made.. and for the price you would think u would get a higher quality but it’s a complete waste of money. Don’t waste your money on this one! I’m in the process of looking for a new chair!

This chair is absolutely terrible. The ball is too small, parts are missing and the chair itself has no security (nothing tightens properly, and it feels like it’s going to fall apart at any second). We are going through the process of returning it. Don’t bother with this terrible item.

Great chair. The ball does need to be “stretched†by inflating and letting rest overnight the re-inflating again (which is typical for any exercise ball) but once that step is done it holds up and works great.

Very cheap chair, the base broke after a little bit of 2 month of use.This is a cheap product. don't worth the money.
