I know there are many options out there for EF to RF mount adapters. However, I find this to be the best one. Not only it does a great job at allowing you to use EF lenses on RF cameras without any troubles but it also gives you a Control Ring. The Control Ring allow your EF lenses to have an extra ring to modify what you want to use it for, just like the RF lenses. This is my favorite adapter and its also straight from Canon.

I have lenses from my Canon 50D that I can now use with my Canon EOS R6 Mark II !!! This adapter allows all of my lenses to fit perfectly! Great job Canon!

Does exactly what it is supposed to do, used with several ef lenses so far and works perfectly. Camera is R6mII, all functions that should there are there, af, is, etc.

Mates my EF lenses to my RF mount camera and does it well. I don’t know how much I’ll use the control ring feature, but I chose to get that version anyway to experiment with. I consider it a worthy addition to my camera equipment.

I have collected a few EF Canon lens for my EOD 50D. Recently upgraded to the EOD R8 and didn't realize that the lens mounts were different. This adapter allows me to use all my EF lens with the R8

Based on some other reviews, the off brand adapters did not work in all cases, that is why I bought the real Canon R to EF/EFs adapter (Canon brand) and I am happy with the purchase. While it is a bit costly it is a lot lower priced than the Nikon FTZ adapter at lease for the base model R adapter. Works as advertised.

I tried this adapter to attach my EF lenses on my canon R camera. And it worked perfectly. All automations sync perfectly with the camera without any issues. The lens will work as it should.Also it is very slim and does not add too much length to the camera.
