This cover fit very well over our existing frame. A bit hard to stretch in place, but two men could have done the job fairly easily. It stands up to the wind over the marsh.

I’ve installed and replaced several carport tops over the years, so I know what I’m doing. This tarp is an absolute disappointment. While the material itself is durable and good quality, it does not stretch at all—so when the size is wrong, you’re out of luck. This tarp was advertised as 10x20, but when installed on the apex, it’s nearly a foot too small in every direction. No amount of adjusting or pulling can make it fit—it’s simply too small. If it were a little too big, I could work with it, but this is unusable. Either the measurements are completely wrong or there’s a serious design flaw.Save your money and avoid this headache. A tarp that doesn’t fit is worse than no tarp at all, and the frustration is not worth it. False advertising at its worst!

This is a great quality replacement cover for 10x20 carport,Storage tent. It's cloth ,instead of that plastic type. It's waterproof still. The color green is perfect in the Forrest and goes well with existing tan tent walls that I have on it. It comes with a few extra bungee that are great for the high part of the wall and roof. Very easy to instsall,especially with 2 people. The price is comparable, but exceptional for the quality, I highly recommend this cover.

This product replaces the top of existing canopy. Was easy to install. I am 70 and I did it by myself with the use of ladder and the bed of my truck. The only thing To worry about is there is no company name on the paperwork inside the box and no help with warranty information. Seems sturdy. We will see.

Is a perfect fit for the frame but when it rained, it leaked all around the edges of the tent got all my stuff wet not happy

Fits exactly 10x20 and is a great replacement to the Costco canopy. So far this canopy has held up nicely against high wind and rain! Tried other brands that would easily deteriorate within the first few months in the sun. Will for sure order again!

Cost was reasonable fit well overall very happy this was my 3rd. Replacement different material a little thiner but looks good ðŸ‘
