Really versatile paper for collage, ink, etc. and great value for the money. This package did come in a plastic wrap bag without a piece of cardboard to keep it flat, so it is a bit awkward when carried as the sheets tend to bend/flop. But adding a piece of cardboard did the trick for me so that I can carry all the sheets more easily.

Canson is just a great brand all around. This is mixed media paper and it does its job. The paper comes as single sheets not paper you have to rip out of a pad. I really enjoy that detail. Only downside would be if you wanted to take your pad of paper and travel with it or if you were making a book of work. That doesn't really bother me. Just wanted to take note. Love this paper.

This is 100 sheets of loose mixed media canson however for the price you're not going to get a better deal it is great quality for any type of mixed-media artwork that you're doing. You can get it very wet and it will continue to stay fairly together but it does fold and wrinkle and curl quite easily. But for the price you're getting four times what you would get in a bound SketchBook so you're really getting a fantastic deal the paper is little heavier than I would say cardstock and has kind of a rougher texture then soft vellum but all in all I loved it the bleed through is minimal if any at all my only complaint is that it does tend to curl and fold a bit when wet but you can fix that with proper taping and framing of finished work.

This is bright white paper with a nice tooth. I’m still perfecting my painting technique so this paper is fine for me to practice and it doesn’t wrinkle too much. I appreciate the larger size and the very reasonable price.

Product picture very misleading as it looks like it's part of Canson's paper pad collection (i've bought the other sizes many times). Yet upon arrival of your package, you will discover that there is no blue cover page, and that this is just a stack of loose sheets with no sticky binding like paper pads. Yet this is good quality paper, thus the 5 stars, just not what i wanted. So beware, this is NOT a "good" notebook despite what another questionable reviewer claims- as it's not a notebook at all.

Bought it for my grandson and he loves how big it is. It is heavy enough for his 7 year old artwork.

The texture of this paper is too much, and the streaky texture is odd. I really don’t like the texture. It’s hard to get uniform coverage with colored pencil, even after applying OMS. However, it works well for aqueous pens and alcohol markers. Especially for alcohol markers, pigments can disperse nicely forming soft edges. Very interesting. It also works for watercolor pencil. If drawing with watercolor pencil first, then wet with a brush, I could get interesting effect. Unfortunately, not working for colored pencil is a big problem for me.

Estaba inseguro si ordenar esta presentacion por algunas calificaciones negativas en cuanto al empaque, producto/grs, en mi caso el producto llego en perfecto estado, el papel es el correcto, el gramaje es el correcto (la relacion de gramaje/ calibre del papel depende de la composicion del mismo), lo recomiendo.

This came as a cellophane wrapped package of paper with a strong cardboard backing. It was not glued or bound together in any way. But at that price per sheet, all's well. I've used it full size or cut it in half. So far, I've only tried dry media - pencils, colored pencils, charcoal, pastels. I like the way it works, although the texture does show through for colored pencils a bit more than I want, so I'll use other papers for that. On balance, I'm pleased with what I got.

Para iniciar pintar, es bueno. El grama es ideal para lapices de colores, sin embargo, para pintar profesionalmente no lo recomiendo. Lo he utilizado para acuarela (no es el gramaje ideal para acuarela), y puedo asegurar, que aunque no es ideal, es bueno para practicar un boceto. En tecnicas de pastel seco, no lo recomiendo debido a que no lograr mezclar bien los colores. Las hojas son grandes y de buen tamaño, y son hojas sueltas.

Used for cyanotype, works very well for the use I have. Even though thin to what I regularly use I was going put a backing any how. Ended up as the perfect paper.
