I've bought the 8 x 10's mixed media, and the larger 12 x 16 boards. These are amazing surfaces to paint on! I even use them for Oil painting - we will see how well they last? great surface! light, easy to carry (Plein air). I only have 2 small complaints. 1 - once pulled off the block, they get bent easy, if you are not good at keeping them safe. I bought myself a portfolio just to keep them safe to avoid bending. and 2 - I started a nice painting on the block, and when I tried to pull it off, the glue was so strong, I struggled with it, and it tore the top layer off just a bit on the edge. Also, pulls up on the glue edge if you bend it to try to release it. JUST BE CAREFUL pulling them off the block. Otherwise, the BEST boards ! I'm an illustrator, and these are perfect, and can be reworked easily. LOVE THEM!!

This paper is my go too for all illustrations. Holds up great to all types of mediums wet and dry. Is slightly textured

I liked the weight of the board and the degree of white in the paper. The description said it was very erasable which is true but even the lightest erasing disturbed the surface and the watercolor would distort in that area. Also I found it very difficult to work over areas. If I had to lift color and reapply the surface was no longer accepting of the paint as it had before. If you are expert enough to not need to make corrections then this board would suit you but I am not there yet.

I use these to mount photos of my artwork that are too large to Mail. I also make collages with old family photos using these as a surface. I like the professional look I can achieve and am so glad I discovered these.

Very durable and thick! Unless you completely submerge this in water, it won't bend. It's perfect if you're looking for something that can handle lots of paint and water.

Love the smooth format. Very thick. I use my India ink pen and watercolours on it. No bleeding. I highly recommend. Makes my work look professional.

The corners of this book of artboards are damaged, and turned up. On opening, the book fell apart. Such a shame.
