This bag has become my go-to for everyday adventures. It's smaller than a messenger bag, but it's still large enough to hold all of the things I need throughout the day including a small journal, medication, bottles of water, pens, wallet, phone, and sunglasses. It's just tall and wide enough to hold a single standard notebook (10.5 in x 8 in), but an executive notebook (6 in x 8.8 in) fits comfortably.It's constructed well and made out of sturdy canvas. The detailing, like the brown front strap and patch with the brand name, are made of nice, soft leather. It doesn't close with the buckle, but rather with a magnetic snap under the front flap. The main body of the bag is closed with a zipper, so your items will not spill out of it if the bag is turned upside down.There is a nice sized zipper pocket on the back of the bag, where it would be up against your body. I opt to keep my wallet in this pocket since it's easier to get it out of there than having to flip the front panel up and unzip the main bag. I wear this as a crossbody bag, so when I'm walking around the back pocket is always pressed up against my body.I originally ordered it to put pins on it, but the canvas is so thick that it can only my nice enamel pins will go through.This isn't a huge problem, though.Overall, this is a nice bag for anyone who's in the market for a nice little canvas bag!FIVE YEAR UPDATE:This bag is still going strong! It shows hardly any ware and I use it almost every time I go out of the house. Definitely get this bag!

I like the sturdy exterior fabric that doesn't show much dirt or wear. A good amount of pockets for storing things. The only thing I don't like is that the inner lining is loose, which makes it harder to get things in and out. I'd prefer if the lining were tacked down to the outer fabric

I wanted the smallest crossbody bag possible to fit my kindle fire 8 (10th gen) in its portfolio case, sunglasses in their large case and wristlet purse. Found it!This fits my kindle in case - I can put in it easily horizontally or vertically (prefer vertically) and fit everything else in too.I like the look of it, though the blue is a bit more denim colored than I was expecting. The strap is easily adjustable and stays adjusted to very short or very long.The bag sort of stands up on its own. It isn't heavy and seems fairly well made although I wish the strap attachments were reinforced - I might do that.The main pouch can fit my kindle vertically and zip closed with the flaps flat, but those flaps that zip do push up, which allows for another inch-ish of height at the middle zipper part.As you can see in the pics, because the bag is shipped flat, if you don't work with it, the sides bulge out & the main compartment isn't fully covered (1). But it you take a minute to shape it based on the seams, the top is fully covered (2). It may need to be shaped a few times or maybe starched/ironed(?) to retain the proper shape.The outer pocket is generous - I was able to fit a hand fan (diagonally) and large sunglasses case inside it, although I've decided to keep those in the main pocket instead & use the outer pocket for phone/keys (not pictured). On the inside there are two open pockets that are each wide enough for my sunglasses case and a zippered pocket that could hold keys etc.When worn crossbody, with the bag at hip level, even with all the stuff pictured, it didn't shift when I moved nor hang down significantly if Ieaned a bit forward, so it's potentially a good option for someone who is unsteady when walking - it isn't likely to make them further off balance the way many purses/tote-bags do.Very happy with my purchase.

Took this bag on a European vacation recently and it held up very well. Just the perfect size to carry a 32 oz refillable water bottle, a small wallet, travel maps, snacks, and various trinkets bought while sightseeing. It's a very durable bag and it looks really good. Love the zippered pocket on the back of the bag, as well as the zippered main compartment. Wore it two ways - across the body and across the waist similar to how a belt is worn. Overall, great travel bag and an every day bag!

It fits my iPad perfectly and leaves a little extra room for assorted other stuff. Exactly what I needed it for. Good quality, pretty cute. Will be great for travel.

Some of the hardware is much cheaper and does not look like the pictures as advertised. The bag itself is the look I was going for but quality feels low for the price so undecided if I’m keeping.

I have used similar for many years and needed a replacement. This is well made, thick material and has a zipper. I would buy again. Color green was my choice

Really high quality, nice canvas material, the strap is really long so it fits around all body types, lots of zippers and many pockets. Highly recommend if you're looking for a purse that doesn't quite feel like a purse.

I have tried a number of different bags and brands. This bag is so easy to use and is the perfect size for day use. Not too big or small- holds phone, large wallet sunglasses case and a few small things. The shoulder strap is not nylon so it’s not slippery. Stays put over jackets and coats. Crossbody works well too. Liked it so much I ordered 3 more in different colours!
