Simply put: CAP has great products at the most affordable prices! I've always wanted to build a home gym with Olympic weights and equipment. However, the price was so high, I just continued going to my local gym. When the pandemic hit & I couldn't go to the gym, I started looking into home gym options. CAP was by far the best! Within a very short period of time, I have a home gym with Olympic weights, a cage and additional equipment that is perfect for me! I can lift a lot of weight & knew I needed at least 315 lbs to be effective and create some gains. I think I got all of this under $250 dollars. Plates look amazing, and everything works as it's supposed to.Now when searching for ways to expand my home gym, I specifically look for CAP over all others!

These are so valuable!They not only hold my weight and save space but they hold weight on the FM 905Q squat rack so well. No need to drill that rack to the deck when you have these loaded with plates.There's not much else to say, they do the job very well and help organize my training space.

A perfect fit for my Cap station. Makes the station that much more stable. I hated lugging those 45's around also. A great buy and addition.

They fit great on my 2x3 power rack and seem sturdy enough to hold more that the 135 Lbs I have on two of them. The only minor complaint is that the coat of paint or powder coating is a bit light and scratches easy.

Update: so about 2 weeks of having these they have been holding up well. I have 160lbs on the holder and so far no issues other they shake. The company did email me about the issues I had with the damage on the coating and to my surprise they sent me a new pair for free. That is great customer service hence the upgraded review.Original Post:Bought these for my Synergee power rack since they didnt come with any. While I think they will do the job I have to see long term what will happen. Here is some pros and cons about them:Pros:- the coating seems like it will hold for a bit- the length, I have a 45lb bumper plate, (2) 45lbs urethane plates and (1) 25 lb plate on each holder with about 2 inches to spareCons:- as you see in the pics the peg that goes in the squat rack hole is small, the holes are your standard 1 inch while the diameter of the peg for the plate holder is less than half an inch. I have a 160lbs on it right now I worry long term it won’t hold.- look at the pics and you can see one of the plate holders has a gash on the peg. Must have got pasts QA, while it doesn’t affect the peg’s ability to hold weight it bothers me that I paid for a product with a defect on itI plan to email the company and see what they say, and about a month I’ll update the review

I bought these and they came quick and loved them so I bought more. I unfortunately the second pair I bought weren’t the same. The packaging was terrible as you can see in the photos. There was a huge hole in the box which led to one of my holders being bent and chipped. Hopefully I can get a replacement set that was just like the first pair I bought!

I'm loving these. They work great on racks with smaller holes than 1" and they're sturdy enough to hold all of my extra plates, keeping them off the floor.

Nice quality, it can carry 5 plates easy, the pin that fit in the rack is 12mm about 1/2inch

A lot of reviews mentioned both are the same, not opposites and mine are definitely both the same. I'm not sure why this matters though, they fit in opposite sides of my rack and are sturdy and angled just right so plates don't slide off. Will order another pair soon!

Works good on my northern lights squat cage. Descent price. Helps to stabilize my squat cage with weights on it.
