This weight lifting bar has a lot of uses. Chest, arms, you name it. I don'want to sound like I am working for the company that makes this. This does not feel "cheap and flimsy" like some of the other bars I have bought. First, it weighs like 10 or 15 pounds. It is sturdy and thick. It is welded and you know you are holding onto something. The grip you can get on this bar allows fot your hand to be horizontal or vertical. There are just a lot of ways you can grip it. Very versatile. I really like this one. These collars, or clamps, screw tight, so sometimes they loosen during a vigorous workout, but you just have to tighten them in between sets. This one is good value for the dollar.

Decided on this bar after looking at about a dozen different ones. Some from big name brands, some I had never heard of. Reviews for the CAP were pretty good, and some of the pics that had been posted looked decent as well. I decided to roll the dice and give it a try. I have to say, for the money it would be hard to go wrong. The welds are really good, little or no spatter. No sharp edges or rough spots anywhere that your hands would be. Collars thread on nice and smooth. The finish is a little rough in spots but nothing worth complaining about. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is the knurling. It is consistent throughout, but it is a little light. It could stand to be a little deeper. Not really a complaint, just a heads up. Still very usable. I know the CAP brand can be hit or miss, but I think they did a good job with this triceps bar.

This is a decent bar seems well made. I had a little problem getting the right side collar on but now it seems okay. Not a problem I probably will leave weights on all the time. This is great for tricep extensions and also good for hammer curls. It can work in many ways just check videos online for ways to use. Recommended.

Good strong bar 4 the money. FYI it is 1 inch threaded for 1 inch center plates. The description was lacking so thought I'd add.

It gets the job done, it came with screws as well, I had 5 kg plates from my barbell set right now I am using that only. The screws become loose after few reps I think will have to buy plastic clipons. But rest is fine cheers ðŸ»

Very good design although the cancer warning sticker for the paint can play a mind game at first ... as long as I wash my hands before eating a sandwich I don't think the California sticker warning should bother me . Tennis elbow sufferers will notice the design makes it easier to do the exercises easier than with a straight bar ... even better than some curl specific bars , but that's just a opinion . The rubber washers could be a little more thicker to hold to weights more firmly . Only affects it if you roll the weights on the floor prior to lifting them ... otherwise it stays in place . Spacing of hand grips are better than most , but would prefer another inch further apart .

Llegó muy rápido y muy bien embalado, es cierto que tiene detalles de acabado, como rebabas en las soldaduras, pero nada que una lija no pueda sacar, por menos de 1000 pesos me parece excelente.
