It’s the perfect size for my cup holder in the car and very smell proof. I love the light it’s just enough to see. Also looks good so you barely notice if it’s in the side of the door.

I’m now have three of these and work so well. Love the light as it illuminates just enough at night and is not overly or annoyingly bright

I bought this in June. These things are usually ok unless you want to set your cigarette down, then there’s nothing to be done if you don’t want to risk setting fire to the outed butts inside. So, I always dump it after every drive. I also close the lid after each use to contain the smoke and odor. Also, I literally only drive 2-4 times a month, and since I only allow myself only one cigarette each way on an outing, you can see I haven’t had much much use of it.So, what’s the problem? 2 days ago when I got in the car, & opened the ash tray, the light was not working! I thought these LED lights were supposed to last years! Mine didn’t even make 5 months, with very little use & a lot of care, I might add. Of course returns closed after 30 days. Last gripe: they don’t really seem to have quality made selection of car ash trays. They're either super cheap, or cheaply made. They’re mainly tin-type thin, or has sticky or sloppy moving parts. This is not rocket science- is it?!

This ashtray is sturdy and works great! Fits well in my car door. Lights up to be able to see in the dark. Perfect size and weight, not too light to be flimsy but also not super heavy. Definitely worth my money. Also, the sellers actually care if it arrived on time and in good condition. They messaged me to make sure I was satisfied and if it arrived in a timely manner. Respect!

The pop-top came broken, but we decided to deal with it. Big mistake. The thing barely closes. Doesn't conceal smell, doesn't extinguish cherries (will melt the plastic), and so on. I feel ripped off.

The lighting works well. It is not big enough. The lid gets stuck especially if there is anything on the cigarette grate. If you don’t use this in a cup holder, when the lid opens it will tip over. Very top heavy. I wouldn’t buy it again.
