I got this as I have an older car without any audio input or wireless connection to a phone.The design is better than other FM transmitters as it has a plug, with USB power outputs for your DC socket and the display/control portion. This lets you place the display/control part somewhere much more visible and functional than the location of your DC socket.It works like any FM transmitter broadcasting your audio to a FM band on your radio and you can pick whatever you want, some of the old transmitters limited you to just a few options this doesn’t do that you have many more options to try and find the best one for your area. But it is still going to be at the mercy of the signals in your area so not a perfect signal.The Bluetooth connects very easily but I like the micro sdcard feature better as I can leave this device as one ‘unit’ and not mess with my phone.I also really appreciate how they let you customize the Light pattern or just turn it off.

This gadget is great and works well, very easy to set up and now I can listen to my music without using my air pods while driving. It's especially nice when others are riding with me. You don't have to have a memory card to listen to your music. I don't fully understand when you do need one, but if all you are doing is listening to your tunes no memory card required. It kind of reminds me back in the day when I used a fake tape in my tape deck that had a wire connected to it so that I could listen to my CD's. Crazy!

I have an older care with a factory radio I dare not replace since it is tied into the DVD player and sound system. The radio also has OnStar that is tied into the radio so a new radio is not in the future upgrade for my car. I don't like to use my cell phone while driving for obvious reasons and a Bluetooth adaptor FM transmitter saved the day. Easy to set up with a radio channel you don't use and it ties into the station for hands free calling. The flexible wire cord is a must have if your power outlet is very low to the ground. Mine is at the base of the floor so a plug in unit makes it difficult to see the FM number for connection. Bright rainbow light system that has no real utility but to make your music dance with the lights. Good sound quality with my phone but I recommend you play with the channels to get the best sound for phone calls (107.9 gave me some background buzzing noise). Make sure you know how to work the volume control, otherwise you would think the unit doesn't work because the person is not hearing you. Overall, this is a great substitute for older cars and smart phones connection for Bluetoothing your phone and music.

I got this to upgrade the one I had used for the last 6+ years it was a different brand and had a static like noise if the music wasn't up or it was switching songs. This one does not have that sound, and although during calls you can the person really well they cannot hear you as well. The sound quality and setup was so easy I love the function that lets you switch the song from the little button that makes it really easy and I have it placed close enough to where it doesn't distract me from driving. I would highly recommend and also the spot to add your charger has worked great, I love that you don't have to unplug it to have to charge the phone if you only have one lighter port.

As mentioned in the title of the review, this is a very simplistic FM transmitter. It did the job. It was extremely fast to connect. However, it muffled the sound from the phone, even adjusting the EQ settings in the stereo the sound was completely flat, almost distorted.

The setup of this FM transmitter was not as simple as I thought. Likely, it was because I thought it would serve as an FM radio transmitter and not simply a FM transmitter. When I did hook it up properly, the station I played through my phone did play through my radio. The transmitter worked for my 20+ year old vehicle's original radio and I was surprised.

I've ordered quite a few of these Bluetooth adapters for my car is over the years, and this is one of the better ones. There is very minimal static and I don't get any bleed through from any other radio signal in the area. Very happy with my purchase.

This Bluetooth adapter is a godsend for older cars that pre-dated bluetooth. It connects easily, plays music well, and makes clear calls. It's simple and effective. I'm very pleased that I'm no longer limited to listening to radio stations that overplay the same songs repeatedly interspersed with adverts. If you feel the same I can recommend this.

We already had a similar device but we had a problem with it the signals from other people's devices in their cars, as they drove past our car, or their car sat in traffic next to ours, constantly interfered with the radio signal. This meant we would often (at least 2 or three times even on short journeys) risk missing journey directions, or the signal cut out while we were listening to a favorite song.Not with this device. Firstly you have several radio signal frequencies you can choose from and additionally the device seems to benefit from using a bit more power than our previous one.As a consequence, so far, we don't lose the signal and we don't get the drop in the quality of the audio either. In fact the audio quality so good we've had to turn down the volume.I'm really pleased that we switched to using this device because it's so much better than the old one and it's really easy to set up following the instructions if you've never used a device like this before. In our case we could set it up very easily because we were familiar with similar devices.It's a bit bulkier than our previous device, taking up a bit more space as it's not just a single unit but nevertheless it doesn't take up much space and we didn't find it difficult to accommodate it.

this works pretty well, however, when testing in several cars, in rain or when going under a small tunnel the sound does cut out almost completely, however i appreciate it may be because of the way it works as opposed a fault with the product itself

This Bluetooth FM transmitter is fantastic for my car! I’ve been using it for a few months now and am very satisfied. It’s super convenient that it mounts on the air vent doesn’t interfere with driving, and the buttons are right at hand. Sound quality is excellent, and the 7 color LED lighting creates a cozy atmosphere. Plus, it supports fast charging for two devices at once. Highly recommend!

Got this as my old ones wire had broken. Since I've been using this it seems pretty durable and works perfectly
