This is a great little fan for the back seat, to use with rear facing car seat. They don’t hold a charge so must be plugged in via USB. We are pleased with the purchase.

Update:Went to use this yesterday for my kids silver it's staying to get hot and the fan turns off after a few seconds. Didn't last even a full year. Only lasted one summer.We had an older style car fan (not this company) and after two years it no longer held a charge. I like that this one stays in the car and there's no battery. We no longer need to attach it to a stroller so this stays in the car exclusively. I like the gooseneck to adjust where the fan goes and the clip for the headrest is ok. I wish the clip came with different thickness grip cushion for inside the clip. For our car it was a little loose so I had to put it on the lowest part of the post so the fan could rest on the top of the seat back.I also wish the cord was longer, or if there was a different version for a longer cord, even if it cost more money. We do have a cig lighter plug in the bank of the center console but it needs an adapter, which you may or may not already have, which you may have to factor that into the price. Our USB plugs up front are more reliable so I wish the cable was loog enough to go up there.Lastly, since there isn't a battery, you would have to turn your car on first, then start the fan, and you need to turn it back on each time. It doesn't automatically turn back on. If it had a hard switch on it instead that would have been better, instead this switch cycles thru low med high off etc. So depending on your car's setup, you may have to get in the driver's seat to turn on the car, then get out again to turn it on, unless your child is old enough to turn it on themselves.

I ordered with the intention of helping my back seat cool off due to not having ac vents in the back seat of my car and having two kids. These fans work amazing!! They keep my girls cooled off and they no longer sweat in their car seats due to the Louisiana heat. Highly recommend this product!

Product is absolute garbage. Haven't even used the thing yet. The metal flexible bar that you can position the fan won't even hold the fans weight up. And the metal clip that clasps onto the head rest in the car keeps popping off also. I do not recommend this product find something better to buy.

The fan works fine but the wire is not flexible enough to hold in any position.
