Son liked and needs to get stuff on rack of 4 runner. Just gotta keep it handy and able to find-should have painted it a bright color or had some way to attach to rack on top of car.

This foot step is just what I wanted. Small enough to tuck into the door side pocket for storage. It also has an emergency window breaker. The step itself I got is yellow which I wanted to easily see it. I am about 220 lbs and felt it was secure on the door latch. However if you have on a big boot you may not have a full pad to step on. Overall it will do fine for me to access the rooftop or tighten straps. Seems to be built well. You can only fit your right foot on it comfortably on the drivers side. Passenger side would be the left foot only, otherwise you have to twist your body around if you want to stand differently.
