Functions as it should cause it helped my kids head from tilting all over while sleeping in the car. The comfort of the pads are good. Provides enough padding. Only flaw is that center piece has a plastic that holds in place and it makes it uncomfortable.

Boight this for longer road trips for my 4 yr old. Awesome build quality, Item was better than described, the installation was easy! My daughter no longer strains her neck while dozing off on rides. Great functionality, It is capable of being adjusted in multiple positions and directly up to be out of the way when not needed. Padding is comfortable and material is easy to clean! Great value for the money!

This pulls my son's hair sometimes and his hair is short! It is also annoying while driving because my suv is quiet except for that thing rattling. That being said it does the job effectively. They need a 2.0 version with a few provements to get a 5 from me.

Sturdy and great quality for the price point. A bit heavy but installation was straight forward and easy. Very comfortable but my significant other has a wider head and was not able to fit. The headrest does not pull up so you will not be able to move your head side to side without removing it entirely from the base. Only minus 1 star since it did deliver on everything else.

The headrest portion did its job but the clamp that holds onto the bars is a hard plastic and is not covered up so when our child tried to rest his head where the vehicle’s headrests is he hit the hard plastic part. If we were in an accident that would have done a lot more damage and for that reason it is unsafe.
