Unit is awesome. Shipping is slow. But I won care about shipping 2 years from now when this thing is still awesome. Fits exact and looks just like OEM. Highly recommended. As long as you know the shipping is slow. Like over a week longer than they said slow. But still awesome.

Fitment is very good, one side installs before the other and they hold each other down. Almost no wood visible at the edges and the doors do not rub there. The material is a bit darker and slightly flatter looking (i.e. cheaper faux suede/alcantara) than the door panel alcantara on my early 2020 model 3, but it’s really not bad looking side by side and a passenger who’s never seen your car would likely never know it’s aftermarket. I can’t comment on the durability and adhesion long term as I’ve just installed it, however, my initial impressions have been very positive. There is one small bump in the alcantara on the drivers side of my set, but it’s not problematic enough for me to return and I’m sure I’ll forget it’s even there. I didn’t even notice until I saw the dash in specific lighting at night the night I installed it. My 3 has been my daily for almost 5 years and this has been a nice little change to tie the interior together a bit better.

Completely covers the weird single piece of wood Tesla decided to slap on the dash of my Model Y. It's 2 pieces, but you can't really even see the seam once it's installed and the screen stops you from seeing it anyway. Matches the door trim perfectly. Installation is as simple as cleaning the wood dash, peeling off the backing tape, and slapping it on. I did use a hair dryer on the tape to get it nice and sticky before install and advise anyone to do the same.

Covers 99% of the trim piece and has a very visible seam down the middle but color of fabric is almost an exact match! Might have to replace the sticky tape it came with eventually using 3M tape but so far it looks good
