So im revising my review. Im upping this review to two or three. I have subtracted points because the wires arent wired to the correct colors. Here is what will get this tach working right for you.White is key power and powers the tachBlack is groundYellow is headlight switch powerGreen is coilI couldnt find a use for red. I think it is for a different kind of coil.The colors are definitely wired differently than they should be.

The egt sensor wouldn't stay in the exhaust no matter how tight I got it total waste of money I had to reinstall the sensor every time I drove my truck

Ordered first one,had stuck needle at 3000 rpm. Returned,ordered second one,needle stuck at1500!!Would suggest that Amazon drop this product!!

The gauge looks fine and was easy to install but when I opened the package I noticed the needle pointing at -4 hg not 0 like it should have. Well at least it was inexpensive, lesson learned.

Looks good, but the needle is stuck at 6000RPM. Wont move. Would not recommend.

Got it in the male and the first thing i noticed was that the gauge slightly moves in the up direction when i turn it upside down.

It works. Needle sits below 0, just like the picture. Back lighting is too bit bright at night; but the bright back lighting is needed for daytime use because of the dark smoke tinted lens. Vibrates when boost pressure increases probably due to the lighrweight spring mechanism and no vibration damping fluid inside the gauge. Fast delivery. It would be better if it didnt vibrate and the needle sat naturally at zero.I was able to zero the needle by squeezing a small metal u shaped lever inside with a needle nose plier. Open it up by gently prising the back of the bezel and unscrewing the nut holding the vacuum connection and push the dial fowards and outwards. To stop the meter from vibrating and buzzing, I put two approx 0.7mm "restrictor pills" made from some plastic instant glue applicator tips whittled down to fit inside the clear hose at the meter end and engine end.

Lights up but doesn't work and you I've check that i have a good tach signal. Also wasn't as pictured in the add. Had a push button on the back and a different style mounting bracket. Unfortunately I'm past my 30 days since purchasing so i dont have an option to return it.

Guage showed up just as shown. Appears to be a good quality guage with bright back lighting. The sensor however seems to be faulty. It's floats about 14psi at a time. Idle and high rpm. I'm assuming the pressure sensor is no good and will unfortunately have to go buy a brand new one to replace the brand new one... still a good guage though. Not regretting my purchase yet. Edit**** after a month or so the oil pressure sensor has blown internally causing it to spew oil all over my engine bay. Funny when the tool to monitor oil pressure causes you to lose oil pressure. Lucky I caught it before it damaged my engine. I will be chosing another company.

It's a little on the bright side at night plus it's not as colourful as the picture makes it to be with the blue edging and the gauge is not what you would call accurate until high rpm's it's a little jumpy but the negative vacuum pressure also works and closely to the way it should, product is satisfactory for the fair price it actually is and would recommend!
