I discovered this product through several sources and thought why not as the alternative was going to be tough. Anyhow, price didn't hurt; the part is solid and to install is straight forward. It worked and I'm very happy. Thank you!

The installation wasn't crazy, but a pair of hemostats or forceps greatly helps to install the spring. DON'T LOSE THE SPRING! After it was installed the code went off and it has ran great for about 2 weeks so far.

As noted by other reviewers, the tiny bracket hole for the factory bolt is just slightly too small. I held the bracket with a pair of vice grips, and used a drill bit to widen the whole. Took 10 seconds. For the price, it was worth it for me. I bought it knowing I might have to drill the hole bigger. This part did fix my engine problem!

Works great. Install took a bit when the screw fell into the abyss. Spring fell a few times as well. Installed at 28 degrees F so that did not help. Fixed my p2015 code.

Perfect fit and did the job it was intended for. Was a little fiddley working it in to sit right but not the parts fault—it’s just a tight space where this goes on my car. This was used as a manifold bracket on my VW and not a seat or interior part, just fyi.

I disconnected my battery to install this, and when I hooked it back up the CEL was still on, I drove the car for a little bit, and turned it off and on again a few times and it finally went off and hasn't came back on since. I think this might have done the trick.Ideally I would've bought the American made version of this part, but I couldn't justify spending 64 dollars on a small piece of aluminum. Overall, this part is a great value, and the extra spring and bolt are very handy to have.this 6 dollar part saved me hundreds from going to the dealer, and it likely prevented the issue from reoccurring too.

Had a P2015 showing up on a 2013 Jetta TDI. This literally took about 30 minutes to install, and that was taking the flapper motor off the car. A pair of needle nosed pliers takes care of the spring that most people complain about. Cleared the codes and zero indications of it coming back. Before if I'd clear the codes the P2015 would immediately come back.

Works excellent, fixed my issue, no more check engine light, easy install too. Only issue - the holes on the plate are just a little small for my bolts, easily drilled bigger hole and worked fine. I'm driving '11 Audi A3 TDI 2.0
