If work on low cars like this Chevy cobalt. Without using the jacks there is a lot room especially if you’re a man with a gut.

Gotten to doing a lot of DIY on my cars lately. Purchased after using some plastic ramps for years thinking that it will give me the additional lift. It arrived with some bent edges. Can't really blame the delivery person. This thing is heavy packaged together. It is something I easily came to consider. Assembly was straightforward. Attached the jacks (not so high quality... failed after 5 uses). The platform where your wheel stays has 2 square supports. As hard as I try, I can only fit one of the locks in place every time I use it. The said supports seem to be too loose that it has too much play and you can't seem to get the holes for the locks to align. You have to make sure the ramps don't slip. I believe that you tube has a lot of videos on how this will not happen. The base is painted metal and can be slippery on finished concrete. I already had a mishap on this with an AWD vehicle. They came shooting forward on my way unloading the vehicle. It is something to seriously consider if you plan to purchase this. lt would have been disastrous if somebody was in front of the vehicle at the time. But it should not deter people from buying the product. It is a very useful alternative to buying lifts. Considering the purchase price, it is very reasonable.

They work but my Transit van is heavy enough to bend some of the cross members on the ranp. The jack lifted portion of the ramp has me a little bit leery of using it. It doesn't look to be built heavy enogh to use without being concerned of a structural failure. It's probably good enough to use for most small cars. These are the only economy ramps I could find that would work for my Transiit 350. When used as normal they are fine to support the vehicle. It's the jack lifted portion I don't trust.

Ramps came lightly damaged with missing pieces but the company replied quickly and replaced them quickly also. Great customer service and good product
